Job Summary / Responsibilities
The Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan has a tenure-track position available in Real Estate starting in September 2023. Depending on interest and qualifications, the successful candidate will join the Finance, Business Economics, or Business Law area.

Teaching at the graduate and/or undergraduate level. Research and publishing, supervising doctoral research, and service contribution is required. This position is open-rank.

Required Qualifications
Earned doctorate (a Juris Doctor is required for applicants who would join the Business Law area). A qualified candidate must also demonstrate the ability and interest to conduct high-quality, scholarly research as well as a high level of teaching competence.

Desired Qualifications
Candidates with research and teaching interests in all areas of Real Estate will be considered. Special consideration will be given to candidates with research and teaching interests in Real Estate Finance.
