The Department of Economics is seeking a scholar who specializes in Health Economics, preferably with at least four years of experience as a PhD economist, to join the Department as an Assistant or Associate Professor, with level based on qualifications. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellence in research, teaching, and service commensurate with the level of experience. The new faculty member will be expected to contribute to a multidisciplinary initiative of quantitatively oriented researchers who study sources of physical and mental health disparities and evaluate programs and policies intended to reduce them.
