The Department of Economics within the Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa invites applications for one or more non-tenure Instructional Track Faculty Position(s) in Economics at the level of Lecturer, Associate Professor of Practice or Instruction, or Full Professor of Practice or Instruction, starting August 17, 2022. Successful candidates will be expected to teach core courses in macroeconomics in our undergraduate program. We are particularly interested in individuals who have experience teaching large lectures of Principles of Macroeconomics. We are also looking for individuals who have experience teaching MBA students. Rank will be based on experience and record of achievement. Position(s) may range from 50% time (teaching 4 classes/year) to 100% time (teaching 8 classes/year) and include a 1-7 year contract with benefits. Education Requirement
An earned doctorate or strong evidence that the doctoral degree will be completed before August 17, 2022.

Required Qualifications
Evidence of successful teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level in macroeconomics.

Desired Qualifications
We particularly seek candidates who are prepared to teach macroeconomics at the graduate level.
