Description:
The Department of Economics, within the College of Arts and Sciences, seeks a Lecturer to join our team. The College of Arts and Sciences is the largest college and the academic heart of the university. The College hosts 81 majors. With 38 departments, 20+ world-class research centers, and more than 2,000 faculty and staff members, students have the unique opportunity to study with the best artists, scholars, and scientists in their field. The College values diversity and offers a supportive, open, and inclusive community.

Job Duties include:
Teaches undergraduate courses, which may include large sections, in the Department of Economics; prepares syllabi and course materials for assigned classes; holds regular office hours; grades assignments and submits grades; communicates with students; may perform related research functions; may participate in curriculum development and course coordination.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in Economics or closely related field.

Desired Qualifications: Doctoral degree in Economics or related field. Evidence of ability to provide high-quality instruction.
