Economics programme in the School of Social Sciences (SSS) offers programmes in levels of undergraduate, MSc in Applied Economics and PhD in Economics.

Tenure-track Assistant Professor/ Associate Professor in Economics

The School of Social Sciences at NTU has an opening for a tenure-track Assistant Professor/ Associate Professor position in Economics. We are looking for candidates in fields of macroeconomic theory and empirical macroeconomics. Strong candidates in other fields may be considered as well.

Selection will be based on evidence of potential for high-quality research and teaching. Relevant post-doctoral experience will be given consideration. Candidates should possess or expect a PhD degree in August 2022.

The successful candidate is expected to teach and develop courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels, including General Education courses, as well as supervise graduate students and undergraduate projects.
