The Miami Herbert Business School (MHBS) is engaged in an international search for a visionary candidate to fufull the position of Jeffrey L. Bewkes Family Endowed Junior Chair for its Department of Economics. The chairholder must be an Assistant or Associate Professor faculty member on a tenure or tenure earning track. Qualified candidates must have a Ph.D. in Economics or related field, have a willingness and capacity to conduct high-quality scholarly research, and demonstrate teaching competence. They are expected to pursue an active research program, perform undergraduate and graduate teaching, and engage in service activities.
