Endowed Professor of Innovation and Sustainability

The Luskin School of Public Affairs at UCLA invites applicants to serve as the Meyer and Renee Luskin Endowed Professor of Innovation and Sustainability and as the Faculty Director of the Luskin Center for Innovation (LCI) . LCI is an endowed research center with a reputation for conducting influential environmental policy and planning research.

The ideal candidate will be an advanced associate or full professor who is a leader in environmental scholarship, has a track record of high-quality research and fundraising, and can engage students and stakeholders on topics that intersect environmental, social, and equity concerns.

The successful candidate will hold a primary appointment in the department of Public Policy, Social Welfare, or Urban Planning. The Luskin School offers Masters Degrees in each of the three fields, doctoral degrees in Urban Planning and Social Welfare, and an undergraduate major in Public Affairs. UCLA is the largest and most comprehensive campus in the UC system, with 45,000 students, located in the second largest city in the nation and the largest Spanish-speaking city in the nation.
