The Department of Business Administration at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana invites applications for a position at the Assistant Professor level. We are seeking candidates whose primary area of research is Industrial Organization, Behavioral Economics, or Personnel Economics. Applicants should have completed their PhD by July 2022.

Our working conditions include a start-up period with a reduced teaching load and the possibility to hire teaching and research assistants. We also provide incentives for publication as well as an attraction bonus (subject to certain requirements).

Our Department

Our Department is part of the School of Economics and Business. We offer an undergraduate program in Business Administration and an undergraduate program in Finance, as well as several graduate programs, including an MBA and an EMBA.
