Full Text of JOE Listing:

At EY, you’ll have the chance to build a career as unique as you are, with the global scale, support, inclusive culture and technology to become the best version of you. And we’re counting on your unique voice and perspective to help EY become even better, too. Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.

The opportunity
EY is seeking qualified candidates to join its Financial Services U.S. transfer pricing practice. Transfer Pricing is a multi-disciplinary sub-specialty team supporting the International Tax & Transaction Services practice (see website at https://www.ey.com/en_us/tax/transfer-pricing-compliance-documentation). As a member of the U.S. Transfer Pricing practice, you will assist with the economic/valuation analyses of multinationals’ cross-border inter-company pricing for intangibles, loans, and services. Such analyses typically include an in-depth review of a company’s industry structure and its strategic business model including products/intangibles, competitors, research and development, marketing, sales and distribution, finance and legal functions. A position as a transfer pricing analyst provides an excellent opportunity for a career as an international business consultant - with potential to relocate domestically and internationally.

Your key responsibilities
Constantly changing regulatory environments have led to rapid growth in the area of transfer pricing. You’ll be heavily involved at all stages of the project lifecycle, making this a high-profile opportunity to take on a wide range of responsibilities and diversify your skills and experience. It’s all about translating information from a variety of sources into quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform and advise our clients. That will include building relationships with clients in a spectrum of industries and getting to know their unique needs and aspirations to provide tailored global services.

What we look for
Qualified candidates should hold a Ph.D., M.S./M.A./M.B.A. in economics or business with focus on industrial organization or financial economics. Openings exist within the multiple U.S. locations for candidates with prior business or consulting experience. Prior transfer pricing experience is a plus. These positions require strong analytical and communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task within a fast-paced consulting environment.

What we offer
We offer a competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.

The exceptional EY experience. It’s yours to build.
