FEM offers a variety of full-time faculty positions at Full Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor in all fields, and the following fields are strongly preferred: International Finance, Fintech, Corporate Finance, Educational Economics, Financial Econometrics, Data management and Data Sciences, Business Administration (Business Strategy), Public Policy.

Professor:
1.Candidates should adhere to the correct political direction, devote to education, have noble moral sentiment, and abide by the norms of teachers' ethics and academic ethics.
2.Candidates who have published strong academic research work with significant impacts recognized by peers and have an excellent international academic research background.
3.no more than 50 years old in general (in humanities and social sciences), no more than 45 years old in general (in science and engineering).

Associate Professor (Associate Professor on the tenure track):
1.Candidates should adhere to the correct political direction, devote to education, have noble moral sentiment, and abide by the norms of teachers' ethics and academic ethics.
2.Candidates who have demonstrated excellence in academic research and teaching, and these representative academic research work has important scientific research value and application value.
3.no more than 40 years old in general (in humanities and social sciences), no more than 35 years old in general (in science and engineering).

Assistant Professor:
1.Candidates should have a Ph.D. degree in economics or related fields in hand or firmly expected by the fall of 2022.
2.Candidates who have a good paper publication record or show excellent research ability and potential. Rich teaching experience is preferred.
3.no more than 30 years old for fresh Ph.D. graduates, no more than 33 years old for postdoctoral.
