Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

Job Summary
Manage client-based projects involving multi-modal surveys and program evaluations. Prepares proposals for contracts and discuss project parameters, progress, and deliverables with clients. Oversee final work product of staff evaluators and serve as academic mentor/supervisor to student interns.

Responsibilities
1. Develops additional research projects for the Burruss Institute

2. Meets with potential clients, design research methodology and writes proposals for needs assessments, program evaluation and data collection projects

3. Supervises assigned full-time staff positions and student interns

4. Designs and manages all needs assessment and evaluation projects from start to finish to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met

5. Acts as primary client contact for projects to discuss project parameters, progress and deliverables

6. Conducts data analysis and produce social science reports

7. Reviews and edits professional reports written by other Burruss Institute staff

8. Ensures work products are correct, properly communicated and submitted on time

9. Oversees the administration of survey telephone laboratory

Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Master's degree from an accredited institution of higher education in Social Science

Required Experience
Five (5) years of progressive experience in client-based environment

Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in methodology, including statistical analysis

Able to handle multiple tasks or projects at one time meeting assigned deadlines
