Financial Economist – Research Department

The Research Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston has an opening for a new or experienced financial economist. We have particular interest in candidates with expertise in the macro-finance aspects of financial intermediation and the implications for financial stability. The candidate will be expected to conduct and publish self-directed, policy-oriented research and will advise senior Bank management on regulatory and policy issues. Requirements include a Ph.D. in economics or finance; demonstrated research capability; and strong written and oral communication skills. Salary will be commensurate with background and experience.
