Call for open competition to those interested in filling a position of Full-Time Assistant Professor or Associate Professor for the Department of Administration and Business. The search is aimed at academics in the final process of obtaining a Doctorate or with a completed Phd in Economics, Administration, Business or related areas.

Candidates must be in the process of completing their Phd (in case of applying for Assistant) or have completed it before February 2018 (in case of applying for Associate). Candidates must demonstrate an active substantive research agenda and the ability to publish both in English and Spanish.

We are looking for candidates with active research agendas and quality publications in areas such as: business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Industrial Organization, Human Resource Management, Tax Management, Business Ethics, Business Economics, Operations and Logistics, Accounting, Family businesses.

The Department provides teaching to the Faculty of Business Sciences, as well as the UCU Business School Candidates must demonstrate excellence in teaching and ability to teach at both undergraduate and graduate levels, in English and Spanish. They must also have skills to join work teams, as well as for leading uman resources.
