The Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics (AAEC) invites applications for an Associate Professor of Practice position that will be effectively 50-percent working on creating an Online Masters of Agricultural & Life Sciences (OMALS) specialization in Agribusiness Management and 50-percent collaborating on the Farm Credit Administration (FCA) certificate program. Additional opportunities may arise to work in the residential M.S. program. The position is a restricted, nontenure-track, academic year appointment. Candidates are sought to provide high-quality graduate teaching and advising in the broad areas of agribusiness management and marketing. The successful candidate will be expected to teach courses in one or more of the following areas: agricultural database management, career/professional development, farm credit and financial management, advanced agribusiness management, advanced agribusiness marketing, or agribusiness analytics.
