The Department of Economics at Washington University is looking to hire a postdoctoral scholar with expertise in running lab experiments for the 2021-2022 academic year. Responsibilities include helping administer lab experiments. The position involves interaction with economics faculty and Ph.D. students both in Arts and Sciences and Olin Business School, and allows the candidate to pursue research projects of his or her own choosing. The position provides opportunities to engage in all aspects of departmental research activities, including collaboration in research projects and participation in conferences and seminars. There is no teaching required.

A Ph.D. in economics or a closely related field is required. A strong candidate must be proficient in developing and implementing experiments, have strong communication skills and good teamwork capabilities. The position is full-time for one year; salary is competitive.
