Taptap Send is VC-backed (including by Reid Hoffman), rapidly growing and a great place for those looking for both impact and a fast-paced tech startup environment. Our product is an app-based solution that lets immigrants send money back home to emerging markets instantly and at very low prices.

The Role:

We are looking for an economist to answer key questions critical to our next phase of growth!
From driving our pricing strategy to optimizing our volume forecasting -- your insights will directly change the way we grow. You’ll wrangle datasets, bringing novel insights and ensure that the whole organization is utilizing data in its key decisions.

You enjoy working with a range of partners across a variety of projects, from their inception through to communicating results. You’re just as comfortable thinking creatively to approach problems as you are digging into data to uncover insights. You’ll own projects end-to-end, from structuring the initial hypothesis through to developing original statistical analysis and reporting back to stakeholders!

You’ll report to the Strategy & Analytics Director, but provide support across the organization, including making sure we are collecting the right information we need to drive informed decision making
