The Department of Economics at William & Mary invites applications for a one-year, non-tenure track Visiting Assistant Professor of Economics position. The successful applicant is expected to have a Ph.D. in Economics or a related field by the time the appointment begins on August 10, 2021.

We value demonstrated excellence in undergraduate teaching in a highly selective liberal arts environment. We seek an individual who is prepared to teach a 3-3 teaching load of rigorous courses — primarily principles of economics, microeconomic and/or macroeconomic theory, statistics, econometrics, and classes in their specialization.
