The Analyst, Debt Conversions will report to the Deputy Managing Director, Debt Conversions in NatureVest. The Analyst’s role will support the NatureVest Debt Conversions team to develop and close transactions. The majority of the role will entail developing sophisticated financial models, performing due diligence and risk assessment/mitigation, conducting research, and developing internal and external written and presentation materials. The analyst will also assist in coordinating the implementation of country-level debt conversion projects, preparing documentation to support the development, establishment and operationalization of conservation trust funds, and providing other assistance as needed.
