Chair of International Finance (CFI) at the College of Management of Technology (CDM) of EPFL has an opening for a postdoctoral position starting in September 2021. The position is for one year, renewable up to four years.

Deadline for applications: We recommend applications to be submitted before December 15, 2020. Applications will be processed starting immediately. Applications include: letter of interest, CV, one to three papers and three recommendation letters.

The CDM is a center of excellence for research and education in economics, finance and management. Research at CFI focuses on macroeconomics, in particular fiscal policy, housing and banking. The emphasis is on rigorous modeling and numerical evaluation.

Requirements: Ph.D. in Economics; Research interests in open-economy macroeconomics and/or macroeconomics; Fluency in English.

The postdoctoral fellow is expected to develop a research program in the areas of interest of CFI; to collaborate in the existing research programs; to contribute to the existing research and educational programs.
