University of Pittsburgh, Department of Economics is searching for a faculty appointment effective October 2020, pending budgetary approval. We seek excellence in teaching and research. Salary, scholarly assistance and benefits are competitive. Complementarities with the research of current faculty are essential. Preferred fields are development, labor, public, experimental, field experiments and behavioral economics. Applicants should provide synergies to the rest of the department and have a track record of translating a dynamic research program into effective undergraduate and graduate teaching. PhD in economics required.
