The Department of Business Administration and Economics seeks qualified candidates to apply for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position beginning in August 2021. Teaching duties include Principles of Macroeconomics/Microeconomics, Intermediate Macroeconomics, and Money and Banking. In addition, candidates are expected to teach courses in the general studies curriculum including Intellectual Inquiry and Intensive Learning courses (which may be designed by the professor.)

Other duties include a commitment to quality academic advising, college service, program assessment, educational improvement, and to the mission of Roanoke College. Research and professional development are expected and financially supported by travel funds and internal grants.

Qualifications:
Successful candidates should have a Ph.D. in Economics by August 2021 and teaching experience. Applicants without experience teaching money and banking will not be considered.
