The Department of Economics invites applications for two (2) full-time tenure-track positions, at the Assistant Professor level, effective July 1, 2021, subject to budgetary approval. The first position is in the area of Applied Microeconomics and the second position is in the areas of International Macroeconomics/Finance or Macroeconomics.

Successful candidates will have a PhD in Economics or related field (or be very close to completion). They must demonstrate the ability to contribute to our undergraduate, masters and PhD programs through high-quality teaching, excellence in research, and collegial service; the ability to maintain an independent, externally-funded research program capable of yielding publications in high quality peer-reviewed journals; and a commitment to our values of equity, diversity and inclusion. Candidates should demonstrate strong quantitative and econometric skills.
