Two Faculty Positions in Health Care Policy Research

The Department of Health Policy and Management at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health has openings for two full-time, 12-month faculty positions in health care policy research. Both positions are open rank on the tenure track.

The Department is seeking to expand the scope of its expertise in health care policy through the recruitment of faculty members with a PhD (or comparable degree) in health economics and/or health services research. Priority areas for the search include, but are not limited to, the organization and delivery of health services from a systems and population perspective; health care financing, insurance, access, and utilization; and the impact of federal, state, and local health policies on health and health care. The ideal candidate will have an established track record of externally-funded research or the strong potential to develop one. A commitment to graduate-level advising, mentoring, and teaching is required. Rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
