[Job Responsibility]

• Synthesize tools from economics, statistics and machine learning to model the macro- and micro-level dynamics of the short-video and live-streaming community
• Apply causal inference techniques to evaluate the impacts of policies on users, design experiments that impacts millions of people
• Design the optimal intra-company resource exchange and pricing mechanism
• Design the system of evaluation metric for online product experiments, explore for better objective function for the online recommender system
• Analyze Kwai’s online traffic and its influence on the ecosystem, model the long-term value for producers and consumers

[Job Requirements]

1. Relevant working experience preferred
2. PhD in Economics, Operations Research, Statistics or related fields
3. Ability to make reasonable judgments and conclusions with limited information and resources
4. Ability to quickly convert a real business requirement into a solvable modeling problem, sort out relevant information, synthesize and apply relevant insights from the literature and judge the solution against business reality
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment
6. Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner
7.Familiar with Python, SQL and/or other programming languages
8.Proficient in Mandarin, native preferred
