The Economics Department at the University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC) invites applications for a position in applied econometrics or econometrics at the Associate or Full Professor (tenured) levels (JPF00940). We also welcome applications from candidates with research in applied fields whose portfolio includes significant contributions to econometrics.
The Economics Department has a Ph.D. program, a professional Master’s program, and several undergraduate programs. Applicants will be expected to teach at both the undergraduate and graduate levels; advise and mentor graduate and undergraduate students; contribute to graduate education, the research environment of the department, and to university and professional service; and work with students, faculty and staff from a wide range of social and cultural backgrounds.
