Applications are invited for a 1 year visiting position in the Economics Department at the University of the Pacific beginning in fall 2020. The position will entail teaching six courses. Courses to be covered include introductory classes (micro and macro, as well as a survey class for non-majors) and some upper division courses based on the candidate’s areas of interest and the needs of the department. Ideally the candidate would be also be able to teach Environmental Economics. In the absence of this field, candidates with a demonstrated commitment to excellence in undergraduate education are still encouraged to apply.
