Mount Holyoke College Economics Department invites applications for two full-time visiting faculty positions to begin in the fall of 2020. The first position is a non-renewable one-year visiting lecturer. The second position is a two-year visiting lecturer with the possibility of a one-year renewal.

The positions are 3/2 teaching load. Areas of study/specialization are open, with the expectation that successful candidates can teach introductory economics. We welcome applicants who offer courses in fields not currently covered. The successful candidates will have a demonstrated record of strong teaching at the undergraduate level and experience mentoring students who are broadly diverse with regard to race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, gender, nationality, sexual orientation, and religion. Applicants are expected to have a PhD by start of appointment.
