The Center for Demography of Health and Aging (CDHA) at the University of Wisconsin- Madison invites applications for multiple postdoctoral research associate positions with research interests in one or more of the following areas:
(1) applying advanced demographic and econometric methods to understand the importance of place of birth on later life health and mortality
(2) applying demographic methods to understand Alzheimer’s Disease processes
(3) applying biodemographic/genetic methods to Alzheimer’s Disease and other Aging processes
(4) research in biodemography / social science genetics / social genomics

The new postdocs will work in collaboration with Jason Fletcher, Alberto Palloni, Michal Engelman, Qiongshi Lu, Hyunseung Kang, Lauren Schmitz, and several other UW-Madison faculty on multiyear research projects funded by the National Institute on Aging. Appointments can start as early as January 2020, but start dates through September 2020 are possible.
