The Beloit College Economics Department invites applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor position beginning fall semester 2020. Candidates must have completed or anticipate completion of a Ph.D. in economics. A strong commitment to excellence in teaching is necessary, and the Economics Department takes pride in our diverse faculty and the diversity of our students. Teaching responsibilities may include any subset of the following courses: data analytics, machine learning, finance, management, intermediate microeconomics, and other electives in analytics, business, and microeconomics. Complete applications include a cover letter, a statement of teaching philosophy, a CV, a recent example of research, and 3 letters of recommendation.
