As a data scientist you'll work with a team to build econometric and machine learning models identifying causation and create predictability in key areas: revenue forecasting, employee attrition/experience; Providing key inputs to critical businesses processes for our clients. This role will require the technical acumen to select and estimate appropriate models and the ability to effectively communicate results/findings to business leaders.

Requirements

•PhD in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science
•Experience in time-series econometrics for big/small data
•Experience in machine learning modeling/interpretation
•5+ years of post-graduate experience
•Familiarity with one or more common tools for data cleaning, analysis, visualization: R, Python, Stata, SAS.

Preferred Experience

•2+ years experience in consulting, business, government

•Familiar: SQL/common database tools
•Experience managing junior colleagues
