The Department of Economics in the College of Liberal Arts invites applications for two full-time, tenure track faculty positions at the rank of assistant professor to begin fall semester 2020 (08/31/2020). Areas of specialization are open. We are committed to attracting candidates from historically underrepresented groups.

The appointment will be 100% time over the nine-month academic year (late-August to late May). Appointments will be at the level of tenure-track assistant professor depending on qualifications and experience, consistent with collegiate and University policy. Salary is competitive.

A Ph.D. or foreign equivalent is required. Advanced ABDs may be considered for appointment at the rank of tenure-track instructor with the stipulation that the Ph.D. is conferred in the first year of the appointment.
