Associate – G10 Rates Quantitative Strategist

Job Description:
• Collaborate across a global team in evaluating markets and identifying investment strategies.
• Monitor, analyze, and assess data in order to detect inconsistencies and formulate recommendations.
• Develop new statistical models and machine learning solutions in order to identify market opportunities and optimal trading strategies in G10 rates markets.
• Optimize the team’s analysis through automation and coding enhancements.
• Contribute to trade strategy as part of highly-rated US Rates Strategy team.

Qualifications:
• MA or PhD in Math, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Econometrics or other quantitative field
• Programming experience in one or more programming (Python, etc) and statistical (R, Matlab, Eviews, etc) languages
• Experience with machine learning and deep learning models, collaborative filtering, natural language processing, and time series econometrics
• Writing and presentation skills a plus, but candidates with strong analytical abilities will be coached in client-facing skills
• Some experience with economics beneficial
• No prior experience in financial markets necessary
