The Sunwater Institute is a nonprofit, bipartisan public policy organization established to create, discuss, and implement fundamental ideas that advance liberty, knowledge, and power for individuals and society. Responsibilities

1. Evolution of Definitions and Institutions of Property Rights
Redefine property in a way that maximizes long term prosperity for society. Rethink the institutions necessary to effectively implement that definition and develop a strategy for execution. 3. Real Property Rights in the States

4. Collective Decision-Making
Leverage social, biological, economic, neurological, and psychological research to help design group decision-making theories, tools, and processes. Place special emphasis on the capacity and efficiency of the US congress - how it has made decisions in the past, and how it can be improved.
