The Economics Department at the University of Massachusetts Amherst invites applications for a tenure-system appointment at the level of Associate or Full Professor of Economic Development. We especially encourage candidates with expertise in Latin American Development to apply. We also encourage scholars with various approaches to economic development including mainstream as well as political economy.
Applicants wishing to be considered for more than one position in the Economics Department must apply for each position separately. Under exceptional circumstances, candidates at other ranks may receive consideration.
