The Department of Economics in association with the Center for Global and Regional Economic Studies seeks an individual with significant professional achievement in teaching for a full-time, non-tenure track position beginning Fall 2019 for the academic year, with the possibility of renewal.

Principal Accountabilities:

Candidates will be required to teach Intermediate Macroeconomics in Fall 2019 and may be required to teach Economic Principles as well as upper-level classes in Spring 2020. Lecturers are expected to fully participate in various Admissions events. Remaining duties include student advising, program planning and implementation, and new course development. The Department is committed to Bryant’s philosophy of producing graduates with strong liberal arts and business orientations.

Qualifications:

College teaching experience and an advanced degree in a related field are required; a PhD is preferred.

Working Environment:

The standard teaching load for non-tenure track positions is four (4) courses per semester.
