ERA Economics is hiring an agricultural and/or water resource economist. Candidates should have a PhD or MS degree with additional experience working in an industry related to water resources or agriculture. The agricultural/resource economist will be involved in all aspects of client engagement, project development, analysis, and project execution.

Desired Qualifications
• MS or PhD in agriculture, agribusiness, economics, or related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience or interest in cultivating client relationships and managing projects
• Background and/or experience in agriculture or agribusiness
• Experience in water resources
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in team-based projects
• Programming/data management experience, and an interest in learning new skills, typical tools include: Stata, GAMS, ArcGIS / QGIS, IMPLAN, Python, SQL
