The Department of Economics at the University of Illinois at Chicago invites applications for a Full-Time Lecturer position for the 2019-2020 Academic Year. Lecturers are responsible for teaching introductory and intermediate courses, field courses, and supervising teaching assistants, as needed.
Qualifications include experience teaching economics at the University or College level and a Masters Degree in Economics or a related discipline. Applicants should be qualified to teach a range of undergraduate economics courses.
The appointment is not a tenure-track appointment. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Applications will be reviewed as they are received.
