PAD is a rapidly-growing non-profit organization with a mission to support smallholder farmers in developing countries by providing customized agricultural information and services that increase productivity, profitability, and environmental sustainability. PAD is pioneering a model for delivering customized agricultural advice to farmers, extension workers, and agricultural input sellers via their mobile phones. PAD implements this model in collaboration with partner organizations and gathers evidence on its impact. PAD aims to improve the lives of 100 million farmers in developing countries with its services.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with PAD scientific advisors, PAD researchers, and other affiliated scholars to coauthor journal articles, working papers, and policy briefs based on A/B tests and RCTs conducted by PAD and its partners
Develop new research ideas that support Precision Agriculture for Development (PAD)'s programs and partners across geographies through research projects.
Provide guidance and supervision to PAD's field teams on research implementation
Develop journal articles, working papers, and policy briefs
Participate in preparing grant proposals and donor reports
