The Department of Economics at the University of Oklahoma invites applications for a tenure track assistant professor position in Macroeconomics and Monetary Economics, effective fall 2019. A successful candidate must be an outstanding researcher with a strong commitment to teaching, research and outreach.
Teaching responsibilities will be at the undergraduate and graduate levels, including teaching the macroeconomics sequence in the Ph.D. program. The regular teaching load is 2+2. Previous teaching experience is a plus. A Ph.D. by August 2019 is required. Salary and benefits are competitive. A background check is required for employment.
