We are a team of applied data scientists within Data and Analytics organization of Chase Consumer and Community Banking. Our team, Focused Analytics Solutions, works across the organization on high priority projects. We are utilizing cutting edge analytical techniques and leveraging one of the world’s largest repositories of consumer data to create innovative solutions for a wide range of business problems.

Typical duties for this position include:
• Help uncover novel use cases of Big Data analytics and data science that can be deployed at scale across the business
• Help our internal clients define their business problem and create analytical solutions to address it
• Design, implement and evaluate analytical solutions and models
• Communicate results across audiences throughout the business

Candidates should have a PhD in a quantitative field of study with a sound foundation in one or more of the following:
• Linear and non-linear statistical modeling
• Panel data analysis
• Time series and forecasting
• Non-parametric methods
• Machine learning and NPL
• Statistical programming in R, Python or SAS
