The Department of Economics, Applied Statistics and International Business in the College of Business at New Mexico State University is seeking to hire an Assistant Professor in regional economics. Candidates for this position should have strong teaching and research skills. Skills and interests in regional economics are required. A secondary interest in development or international economics is preferred. These categories are broadly defined to include the capacity to teach economics and international business students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. It is expected that the candidates will have the potential to accomplish significant research and show a commitment to service to students.
