Full Text of JOE Listing:

The Economics Department at the University of Waterloo seeks to appoint a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor in macroeconomics for July 1, 2019. Candidates must demonstrate the potential for high quality research, ability to publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals and excellence in teaching and supervision of graduate students. Salary range is $100,000 to $150,000. Negotiations beyond this salary range will be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates.

Application Deadline: November 15, 2018.

Applications must include: cover letter, curriculum vitae, research/teaching statement, up to three research papers and three confidential letters of reference. Preliminary interviews will take place at the CEEE in December 2018 and at the AEA Annual Meeting in January 2019.
