The Division of Finance and Economics housed in Marshall University’s AACSB-accredited Lewis College of Business (LCOB) invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant/Associate professor position in international business beginning fall 2018 with primary teaching and research interests in international business, international economics (international trade and finance) and applied econometrics. The standard teaching load is three courses per semester.

Qualifications: Ph.D. in international business or international economics. ABD’s with a firm completion date before August 2018 will be considered. We attach considerable importance to a team-player committed to excellence in teaching a rich and diverse community of learners. The candidate will also be a teacher-scholar and must have experience or demonstrate ability to publish in quality journals. The successful applicant will contribute to university service and to the university’s general education curriculum with its emphasis on a common First Year Seminar and core courses intended to enhance student’s critical thinking skills. The candidate will also be expected to participate in interdisciplinary programs within the LCOB.
