The Curry College Business Management Department invites applicants for a full-time Assistant Professor of Management beginning Fall 2018. Successful candidates will demonstrate subject matter expertise in the field of Economics, evidence of teaching excellence, skill in engaging students through active and collaborative learning, competent use of instructional technology, exceptional oral and written communication skills, and a strong record or demonstrated scholarship potential. Courses of interest would be in the areas of Principles of Macroeconomics, Principles of Microeconomics, and Managerial Economics, and Econometrics/Quantitative Analysis. Candidates must demonstrate strong research skills with the potential to publish in leading academic journals and must have an earned Ph.D. or DBA in Economics. ABD will be considered with a completion date before August 2018. Curry College is a private, liberal-arts based institution located seven miles from downtown Boston.
