The Tulane University Economics Department and the Murphy Institute of Political Economy invite applications for a postdoctoral position to begin in fall 2018. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in economics or related field in public finance by fall 2018. We are seeking individuals whose research areas fall within the field of public finance. The postdoctoral student would be supervised by a Tulane faculty member. The successful candidate will teach one course at the undergraduate level annually and is expected to participate actively in research, seminars and other activities at the Economics Department and the Murphy Institute. Applications will be accepted through February 28, 2018. The appointment is for two years only.
