The Department of Economics at Baylor University invites applications for a Post-doctoral Research Associate in Experimental Economics to work on a funded experimental project at the intersection of Criminal Justice and Law and Economics. Salary is an estimated $60,000 per year plus benefits, funds for conference travel, and a budget for additional human subjects payments. No teaching is required for this appointment. Approximately 20 percent of time is expected to be available for the research associate's own research projects. The position is for one initial year but renewable for a second year with suitable performance. A Ph.D. in economics is required, but ABD candidates with a firm completion date by August 2018 will be considered. The preferred candidate will have experience conducting laboratory experiments and will have strong quantitative skills.
