National School of Agricultural Institution and Development (NSAID) is an independent research institute at South China Agricultural University. It implements the “special zone” talent policy, and recruits excellent talents both domestic and abroad perennially.

Main Research Fields of NSAID: Rural Land Tenure System, Agricultural Operation Organization, Agricultural Division of Labor and Cooperation, Behavior of Peasant Households, and Related Theory and Policy Studies.

Candidate’s Major Preferred: Agricultural Economic Theory and Policy, Property Right Theory, Institutional Economics, Spatial Economics, New Economic Geography, Statistics, Econometrics, and Mathematical Economics, etc.

Salary and Benefits: Salary is based on the candidate’s qualifications, including basic salary and performance bonus. For applicant with oversea doctoral degree, the starting annual basic salary ranges from 300k to 500k RMB, other benefits will be carried out according to related policy of SCAU. The first period of engagement is six years. One can apply for inclusion into in-system faculty management if her/his 3-year midterm examination is excellent or 6-year examination meets the qualification.
