Duties and Responsibilities:

The successful applicant is expected to excel in teaching, research, and service to the School of Business and to the University. Teaching load is four classes a semester, which may include an eight week accelerated Saturday course. Teaching responsibility includes corporate finance, investment theory, managerial finance, current topics in finance and possibly macro related economics courses.

This tenure track position begins in August 2018. All offers of employment are contingent upon a successful background check. Each employee of the Mount must be legally eligible to work in the United States, without sponsorship from the University, under the Immigration Reform and Control Act. Preliminary interviews will take place at the ASSA meetings in Philadelphia in January.

Qualifications:

Applicants must either have a Ph.D. in finance or economics or be ABD in finance or economics with a plan of completion.

Professional finance experience and/or teaching experience is highly desirable.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States, without sponsorship from the University, under the Immigration Reform and Control Act.
