The Economics Department at the University of Vienna invites applications for three positions at the Assistant Professor level (“University Assistant”), one in each of the following fields:

• Empirical Macroeconomics with expertise in time series econometrics, ID No. 8038
• Behavioral and Experimental Economics, ID No. 8040
• Applied Economics with expertise in public economics or welfare economics, ID No. 8073

For the position in Applied Economics we welcome theoretical or experimental approaches. The contracts are for 6 years. Applicants should have completed (or should be close to completing) a PhD in economics. Knowledge of German is an asset, but not required.
