The Department of Economics invites applications for a position in Financial Economics. The position may be offered as a Tenure Track Assistant Professorship or an Associate Professorship. It is available from September 2018 or earlier. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in Economics of Finance before taking up the position. Major responsibilities include research and teaching at the BA, Master’s and Ph.D. levels in Financial Economics. Lectures can be given in English. The remuneration package is competitive at the European level and depending on qualifications includes a fixed-term stipend and substantial publication bonuses funded by the newly established Danish Finance Institute. Research facilities, travel support, etc., are excellent.
